Ms. KOYAMA made a poster presentation with a title of \u201cThe Secret of Indigenous Vinegar Making &#8212;Discovering new microbial communities that have been passed down for 300 years&#8212;\u201d. She provided a clear description of her research dealing with a lot of questions from the participants. The presentation with a question and answer session was conducted in English.
