\u3007<\/span>The Grand Prize Winner in the Regional Issues Category: Ms. KOYAMA Ena (11<\/span>th<\/span><\/sup> Grade)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u3007<\/span>The Encouragement Prize Winner in the Regional Issues Category: Ms. MORINO Riho (12<\/span>th<\/span><\/sup> Grade)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u3007<\/span>The Encouragement Prize Winner in the Research and Investigation Category: Ms. NIIZAKI Rei (12<\/span>th<\/span><\/sup> Grade)<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

One student won the Grand Prize in the Regional Issues Category and two students won the Encouragement Prize in the Regional Issues and the Research and Investigation Categories in the 2017 Collaborative Regional Innovation Contest hosted by Faculty of Collaborative Regional Innovation, Ehime University. This contest with 2 categories (the Regional Issues Category and the Research and Investigation Category) was held to seek ideas for solving regional issues from high school students around Japan. Ms. KOYAMA Ena won the prestigious grand prize in the Regional Issues Category. She has been conducting research as a member of the science club and got the idea for the contest by her research activities to boost the revitalization of local communities. Ms. MORINO Riho (12<\/span>th<\/span><\/sup> grade) who considered a causal relationship between haiku\/dialect and a declining birthrate won the encouragement prize in the Regional Issues Category. Ms. NIIZAKI Rei (12<\/span>th<\/span><\/sup> grade) conducted research on dye in the science club, and won the encouragement prize in the Research and Investigation Category. These brilliant results appeared in the Ehime Shimbun (a local newspaper) and the Ehime Shimbun Online. <\/span>(https:\/\/www.ehimenp.co.jp\/article\/news201706285471)
\nMs. KOYAMA who won the grand prize is going to give a presentation and receive the award at the Shiki Museum on July 17<\/span>th<\/span><\/sup>. <\/span><\/p>\n
